This 6 bedroom 7 bath home is perfect for family reunions, multi family gatherings or just friends getting together. 6 bedrooms, each with a private bath. Downstairs in the Rec room couch with cushions the size of twin beds makes this a comfy house which sleeps a crowd. This home has it all! Enter the main floor and walk through the large living room and dining room out onto the huge deck through the floor to ceiling glass doors. Relax on the patio or grab a cocktail and steps away to your private dock or enter onto the Lake Arrowhead Association path for a stroll around the lake. If it is a bit chilly, head down to the lower level of this home and enjoy the 1,000 sq ft rec room (Man Cave) enjoy the wood burning brick fireplace, 51 inch Smart TV, sectional couch with game table, bar with seating for 4, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, poker table, player piano (and standard piano). And a full bath.
This home with 2 huge brick wood burning (gas starter) fireplaces, large kitchen, with in counter grill, breakfast bar (seats five which opens to the dining room (seats 10) BBQ grill on the deck with dining seating for 8, swimming off your private dock which has a dining table for 4, with additional chairs to relax in. You won't ever want to leave the house! But if you do, you're only 5 to 10 minutes away from the quaint villages of Blue Jay and Lake Arrowhead. Parking for six cars. Nestled in the gorgeous San Bernardino Mountains, only a 2 hours from Los Angeles, Lake Arrowhead is a four season get-a-way. Winters in Lake Arrowhead average several feet of snow. The Big Bear ski resort is a beautiful 25 minute ride North. Summary: The house and dock were wonderful! We really enjoyed our family time at the dock! Most if not all of the bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom! I believe the only one that didn’t was the one on the main floor, which had one right outside its door! There is a good size grass area/park just down from the house on the way to the dock which provided an extra play area. Access from the driveway to the house is easy where many other houses we rented in arrowhead have a lot of stairs and they can often be precarious! Quick easy drive got you into Bluejay or the village for dining, grocery shopping or fun!The kitchen was well appointed in the house seemed to have whatever we needed. The downstairs game room was awesome! We didn’t play much air hockey, but we use the pool table and the poker table! All in all a roomy nicely, decorated home with a nice dock!
